    Having achieved a BA (Hons) in Technology and Business Management from Manchester University, Emily worked in IT consulting before getting involved in Granite.

    Now an operational finance manager responsible for overseeing the regular operational activities including: payroll, cash flow, day to day service level, cost management, strategic planning. With a focus on numbers to ensure the business can function smoothly and deliver all necessary technical outcomes.

    Main goals include:
    – Contractor payroll delivery in a timely manner as an absolute priority
    – Cash-flow management
    – Day to day contractor care
    – Strategic business planning / decision making driven by profit and loss and balance sheet.

    Outside of work Emily is happily married with two daughters and enjoys travel, keeping fit and exploring Melbourne’s world class eateries.
