Our partner is a leading Hospital Management provider world wide, this is a 4 month contract role (to Sept 30th) with in the Victorian Service Delivery team, based in Mildura.
The Service Desk Analyst will be an expert in customer service and technical support to internal users and other IT staff.
- Strong skills with Microsoft office suite of programs, Windows desktop and Windows server operating systems
- Strong customer service skills, comms, interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Experience in SCCM
- Previous experience working in a health care environment
- Experience with patient administration systems, SAP, Chris21 and other health industry specific applications
