We’re looking for a motivational leader who has successfully delivered business transformation, service improvement and technology projects. Our client is a well established start up who is operating in the CRM management practices and solution delivery industry.

This role is a state leadership position and successful candidate will be responsible for leading and building a team who will be delivering ServiceNow management practices and advisory across clients within the state area.

  • Strong ServiceNow knowledge (certification) – advisory level
