Product Marketing Manager – Permanent – Global Fintech Organisation

Our client is a global fintech organisation who are undergoing an unprecedented period of growth. As a result they are hiring for Product Marketing Manager. In this senior level role you will help drive market definition, positioning and go-to market strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop launch strategy and execute the APAC component of world-wide product launches of new products
  • Lead market research and identify customer problems and needs
  • Provide product marketing support for new product concepts ranging from market opportunity analysis to developing full-fledged business plans
  • Drive strategic industry analysis and competitive intelligence
  • Drive positioning and content for products and solutions
  • Contribute to global product pricing strategy
  • Work with finance to analyze product profitability and sales success of all offerings
  • Lead and be accountable for cross functional success of all new product and solutions
  • Validate new market opportunities for our products and solutions
  • Build high performing product marketing team

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or Math, Master’s in Business Administration preferred
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Specific knowledge of the investment industry (financial instruments, workflows, major players, trends, etc.) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, recommend, and position products and services to optimize revenue potential
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong contributor with high motivation, with the ability to take initiative, set priorities and perform tasks with minimal guidance
  • Proven ability to develop and manage cross functional processes and project timelines
  • Excellent follow-through, attention to detail and time management skills
  • Data driven mindset, able to present ideas, solutions and collaborate with internal & external stakeholders
  • Global or APAC product marketing experience preferred
