Our partner provides IT Support solutions to the Social Justice sector across Australia and NZ.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Level 2 Support professional, to oversee the provision of phone, email and web based support, maintain customer confidence levels through consistent actions, values and communication, and participate in and contribute to the multi-skilled approach of their customer base.

The Responsibilities

  • Mentor and uplift the team through a period of transformation.
  • Communication with internal and external teams
  • Resolve queries professionally
  • Evaluate new technology quickly and apply experienced problem solving
  • Friendly and effective customer service

The Experience 

  • You will have experience supporting Windows troubleshooting skills, particularly O365, Azure and SCCM.
  • Have acted as a Senior or Lead team member in a previous role
  • Minimum 5 years experience within 1st and 2nd Level Support
  • Experience working with a broad customer base
  • Experience working in NFP or similar sector.
  • Experience working under ITIL methodology is desirable
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Analytical, logical, structured problem solver
  • Positive, empathetic and keen attitude
