The Data Analytics and Insights Manager is accountable for developing, implementing and evaluating a Data Analytics and Insights Strategy. This position is responsible for extracting, collating and providing meaningful and actionable insights into online data to ensure development and maintenance of best practice digital principles, meets key objectives and metrics, and informs future marketing and digital decision making.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in an email marketing, CRM, digital strategy or role.
  • Strong digital skills – a minimum of four years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of which metrics to concentrate on and where to focus to drive performance improvements.
  • Experience using data and insights to shape strategy and improve customer experience.
  • High-level experience and understanding of CMS, SEO, SEM, CRM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, social analytics etc.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new emerging technologies and methodologies.
  • Strong relationship building and management skills. Experience coordinating many internal stakeholders and managing external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to pick up new concepts, instructions and processes and implement solutions.
  • Highly effective planning, organisational and personal time management skills.
  • Ability to meet and manage conflicting deadlines.
