Our client has an exciting Business Analyst opportunity to assist on a large scale program of work. You will have life insurance experience and experience working on a large program of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine readiness criteria based on business change impacts, facilitate readiness assessments and report on readiness position to inform business decisions
  • Monitor defects and quality issues through E2E testing
  • Support tracking of business activities
  • Capture incoming issues from business users and report on issues raised
  • Help facilitate business decisions during business implementation period for program releases

Skills and experience required:

  • Business readiness and hypercare experience
  • Strong analytical skills used to interpret data
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Organisation, Presentation and Documentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience working in Agile as well as Waterfall delivery
