Our client is looking for a strong BA with to work within their team on a 6 month contract in the inner suburbs!
  • 6 month contract
  • Remediation project experience necessary
  • Inner suburbs location

Our client is leading in the insurance domain and currently has an opening for an experienced Business Analyst  to assist on one of their remediation projects.

Major duties include:

  • Requirements gathering, workshops with key stakeholders
  • Leading/conduct business analysis and acting as a conduit between business stakeholders and IT
  • To scope, deliver and define accurate and clear requirements, process documentation etc. to support delivery of project objectives
  • Support management of projects delivering across multiple business units

Skills and Experience required:

  • MUST HAVE an insurance background
  • MUST HAVE experience working on remediation projects (experience with ASIC, (RG 165 ideally)
  • MUST HAVE experience working on complaint programs
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
