Requirements:

  • Provide high quality application support and infrastructure monitoring service
  • Know when to escalate incidents or requests to other Technology teams or vendors
  • Take ownership of incident management in line with business and Technology policies
  • Provide application support for vendor provided hardware and software where possible
  • Work with vendors and Platform teams to develop and provide end user-friendly document Knowledge Articles, reference guides and other documents
  • Apply proactive Problem Management identification.
  • Identify improvement opportunities
  • Understand and propose improvements to the configuration of the ITSM tool)

Your Profile
You will be a strong technical expert with a background or proficiency in Development. You have exposure to financial software applications, or other enterprise business software will be highly regarded, as well as Salesforce, Sitecore or Opentext exposure.
